Rich butterscotch sauce for ice cream sundaes.

Steps

1. Mix brown and white sugar and corn syrup.
2. Cook in a heavy pot to medium-firm ball (fudge test) stage.
3. Remove from fire, let stand until almost cold then stir in 1 cup of heavy cream. Good for making ice cream sundaes.
