Boiled potato cubes baked in white sauce and cheese.

Steps

1. Wash and boil potatoes until tender.
2. Peel and cut in 1/4" cubes.
3. Make white sauce, add onion and cheese.
4. Season to taste.
5. Mix potatoes, sauce and cheese gently.
6. Put in greased baking dish and place in the oven at 350°F or Regulo 4 until top is golden brown. Serve hot.
