One-bowl chocolate layer cake mixed entirely in a single bowl.

Steps

1. Place flour, cocoa, margarine, salt and half tin milk in a mixing bowl and beat for 15 minutes.
2. Add eggs, soda, baking powder, vanilla and half tin milk and beat for 3 minutes.
3. Bake in layer tins for 35 minutes at 325°F.
4. Chocolate butter icing or jam may be used to put layers together.
5. Frost top and decorate with nuts and cherries.
