Blend margarine and cream, then add icing sugar and cocoa powder.

1. Blend margarine and cream.
2. Add icing sugar and then cocoa powder.
3. This is enough to fill and frost an 8" layer cake. Decorate with chopped cherries, almonds and walnuts.
