No-cook chocolate fudge ice cream made with condensed milk and pudding mix. Yield: 1 gallon.

Steps

1. Combine first two ingredients in a large bowl; stir well or use an electric mixer until condensed milk and pudding have been mixed together.
2. Add the evaporated milk and stir with a spoon until well blended.
3. Add the salt, vanilla and milk and mix with the electric mixer.
4. Pour into freezer can of a 5-quart hand-turned or electric freezer.
5. Freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions. When frozen, serve immediately or put in smaller containers and store in the freezer.

Notes

• Variation: use butterscotch pudding instead of chocolate.
