Steps

1. Melt chocolate chips with evaporated milk over low heat, stirring until smooth.
2. Stir in icing sugar until blended.
3. Add bran flakes, walnuts and vanilla and mix well.
4. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper and let stand at room temperature until firm.
