Turkey and stuffing baked together in one dish from biscuit mix batter.

Steps

1. Heat oven to 400°F.
2. Grease rectangular baking dish 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inches OR 11 x 7 x 1 1/4 inches.
3. Mix biscuit mix, milk, eggs, parsley, sage, thyme, salt, poultry seasoning and pepper in dish with fork until batter is of uniform colour (batter will be lumpy).
4. Stir in remaining ingredients.
5. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in centre comes out clean, 35–40 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
