Cook sugar, flour and orange juice in a double boiler until thick, then spread on cake.

Steps

1. Put sugar, flour and salt in the top of a double boiler and mix well.
2. Add orange juice and rind.
3. Add egg yolk and butter and cook until smooth and thick.
4. Remove from heat and add lemon juice.
5. Cool and spread on cake.
