Pour hot lime sauce over batter before baking; the pudding rises through the sauce as it bakes.

1. Mix sauce and pour over batter. Bake at 375°F.
2. While pudding top is firm. As this dessert bakes the batter rises through the hot sauce which thickens at the bottom of the dish.
